Ms trunchbull

Conceptual framework is an analytical tool with several disparities and context. The conceptual framework of a teachers is to be caring. Responsible, critically reflective and accountable teacher who should provision learning in a diverse enlightening contexts. What does it mean to me? Well to me, it means that as a future teachers I have to play a part of a parents to the learners and inspire the apprentices to be the finest they can be. Matilda is a story book for energetic ones created by Roald Dahl, it is around a young woman called Matilda who stays with her kin and furthermore self-ingested watchmen who consider Matilda to be only a frightful disturbance and troublesome.
Firstly, Matilda was a five and half year old girl who was a very unique individual. She was highly intellectual and much ahead of her classmates. She could read and her mathematical skills were outstandingly excellent for a first grader. She was naturally intelligent hence she would need special attention pertaining to her academics because she was a gifted child. Her parents neglected her and so they did not know of how gifted their daughter was.
As a teacher one needs to be a caring individual because you are dealing with little children who need delicacy.  Ms. Trunchbull was not a kind or caring example of a teacher. As displayed on the picture, she threw Amanda Tripp by her pigtails in the school playground during their break. Her reason for throwing her by her hair was due to the fact that her pigtails had grown far too long so she claimed and she should have cut it shorter. Miss Trunchbull did not display a caring teacher. She could have asked Amanda to ask her mother to trim her hair shorter or rather tie it in a bun when she comes to school.
Teachers must guide and provide necessary support to their learners, and must spend enough time with students to provide learners with good quality education. Teacher must also be cooperative, the must work well with each other and the community thus avoiding conflict. Must be dedicated and be devoted to the success and progress of the learners and should be professional always, creativity must be present so that the learners will always be interested in every lesson. A teacher must be fair and equal amongst all learners and must never show favoritism no matter what the reason may be.

Ms Trunchbull does not hold any of these potentials and in my view a think she is not fit to be principals of a primary school, she is not fit to be principal of any school for that matter, she is a very dangerous person that I would never mess with.

THE UNMENTIONED MIGHT OF A WOMEN.

The article is written from Zoelo's opinion from my view it’s also evident that Zoelo’s piece of work (writing) is somehow more personal. Here the essayist couriers the values and arrogance that exist about Sexual category relations. The writer reflect on woman as durable figures who frequently overlook their standards, value and adding levies to their values. In the critique woman are seen as pillars and disguises that covers the anxieties of the biosphere. Constancy is almost every woman's stand point. Like inaudible commercial associates, you will on no occasion know females exist but their sentiments always have a boundless influence in resolution making. Giving guide guidelines to everyone close to makes up a character of a woman. Greatest courage, self-assurance and respect. Can forever envision exist within a women. Men are imperfect without woman. The sheer fact that woman can express their feelings converts evidence of how strong woman can be compared to men, who are too proud to direct their emotional state. Woman are considered as greater to men with bogus inner health that grew within an abdomen of a strong woman.
The article is highlighting the point that there is no gender parity. Men are in control over women on gender and social habitat aptitudes. They are making women susceptible so that they can be able to obeisance and adore the lands they walk in the older day a woman was supposed to stay at home clean, cook, wash cloth and wait to submit unto the man because he is a wage earner. At the present time men are inhabiting all the highest position and still they want woman to beg to man and concession of their principles in order to get to the top. In a husk men do not value woman or treat all gender equal.

I agree with the writer’s portrayal of men (must be clear not all men) in the article because men always think that they are superior and they can surmount all while they dis-remember that women are the mainstays and they have supremacist that go beyond the obliviousness of a man because even men are not dense like pillars and they are not similar foothills, they are impartial obsessed with conceit. Which simply tells us that if they are not like pillars the will be other things that they can’t do which they will need women to help them and its done all the admiration will then be theirs, which just expresses that women will always be inaudible machinists.
I catch the writer’s style operational. He inscribes the article as if he is telling a section. Thus this writing kept me riveted to the writing, wanting to read more and find out “how it all clarifies”. The opening line made me want to find out what it is that whoever the writer is writing about does that the writer sees as attempt’s to hinder his success. It also provokes the question what occurred that altered the writer’s insight about whoever they are inscription about.

THE EDUCATION CRISIS

Urgent action is needed to get every child in school and learningA Africa’s education crisis demands the urgent attention of political leaders and their aid partners.

The target of universal primary education by 2015 is likely to be missed by a wide margin, leaving millions of children out of school. Meanwhile, many of the children in school are receiving an education of such poor quality that they are learning very little.

Africa also has some of the world’s most glaring education inequalities. All too often, children who are born poor, female, or in rural or conflict-affected regions, face extreme disadvantage in education.
When all children have an equal chance to obtain quality education, learning drives economic growth, fuels innovation and creates jobs. It equips countries – and people – with the skills they need to escape from poverty and build shared prosperity. It enables people to build more secure livelihoods, enjoy better health and participate in political processes that affect their lives.

For all these reasons, every African government needs to redouble its efforts to ensure that all children are in school by 2015. As the Africa Progress Panel has outlined in a policy paper, A Twin Education Crisis is Holding Back Africa, far greater attention must be directed towards the quality of education and learning achievement. And governments need to put equity at the centre of their education strategies

Weblogs in higher education.

Weblogs in higher education.
Blogs were introduced few decades back but they are starting to develop of late in higher education. In higher education blogs are used for dissimilar purposes such as submitting assignment and for class debates about any topic linked to the theoretical determinations or scholar’s life in general by that I could say blogs do serve as a podium of communication between educationalists and students. In Light Blogs encourage on-going interaction between bloggers in conversing critically each other’s thoughts or information. Blogs induce the love of evaluation and also the love of writing as one would have an opportunity to read and write about the topic of their interest. It promote a social and intellectual relation between bloggers. It’s a platform where one is free to voice out their understandings, opinions and feelings. The discussions that are ongoing in some topics that are academically founded are likely to influence other students in that precise focus. It helps one to be able to maintain influential and passive arguments. It Licences students to ask questions in particular content when they are facing teething troubles from their peers and also the instructors. It promotes higher level of thinking, because people can think before answering back, and they provide the chance of learning about the webpage creation, hyperlinking and other topics. It prepares students, and people in general an opportunity to share their experience and feelings.

A number of gateways have been recognised in higher education contexts to highlight certain web resources as well as to provide news and search services (Eisler, 2001). Weblogs provide educators with assortment of new strategies for using hyperlinks on the context of presentation of self. Weblogs provide a structure that recasts limited, text-based notions of plagiarism. Weblogs have primarily served as modes of personal expression, providing a vehicle of individuals to contribute time-bound commentary on internet material, react to current events, or relate personal reflections. Weblogs also provide selective revelations of individuals’ information gleaning and knowledge management routines.

I have experience blogging 2013 in the university of KwaZulu Natal Edgewood campus, with the background of a normal black new student I personally felt that blogging is for intellectuals who have time doing their research and have a lot of time doing that Job.  My understanding on blogging today is that, it easier for students to comment and share notions in each other’s academic work. It generates an atmosphere of communal interaction between people world-wide especial in academic community. It enables students to engage in research findings, and comparing ideas and opinions, as an individual you can use other social media networks to promote blogs, I have cultured that people blog for different motives as there are many web sites to bring their thoughts and visions alive. Blogging does not have to be academic only but you can post other issues such as legislation, roaming etc. while blogging has its advantages it also has its own disadvantages. Also blogging serves as platform for the technological inclined to use, as we live in different societies my view is that blogging has become a modern way of critically analyse important issues especially academic people.

Blogs can be enhanced by decreasing the data convention so that students can access the blogging platform while at home where there is no external access to the internet. And they can be also be improved by permitting students to post about the things that they like. I would also recommend students to do more exploration on how to write interesting blogs.

MY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT SERVICE LEARNING

Service learning is a course based credit bearing experience, according to Bringle and Hatcher. This defination imply that students are actively involved in services that benefit the community and meet their regular needs. In return students are given credits for the service activity that they presented to the community. Service learning give students an opportunity to use their skills and knowledge in real-life situation in their own communities. It also extend learning beyond the classroom, into the community and helps to foster care in that community. Service learning emphasise learning in all forms beside sitting in the classroom for the entire teachig process.
